Also i dont have the best programs (i mean i draw with Paint, the cheapest drawing program on earth, to my opinion).
If you draw with that too, i can give you this tip: start by drawing with the biggest brush possible and THEN you erase the lines to make them thinner and more detailed. The reason i work that way is that its easier to get the main shapes. Maybe you work the same way too i dunno

before teaching anything, i have to start off by saying i dont consider myself that good in drawing TFF like that. Im kind of a newbie in the chibi style drawing. Mark Crilley gives excellent tutorials on youtube on how to draw manga style and one of his tutorial is on chibis. That helped me a lot.
Now, on how to draw TFF like that, lets say i practiced drawing Roland A LOT with reference pictures before doing this drawing. I didnt pratice Curt as much, maybe thats why you thought he looked creepy But since you do draw Curt more often, im sure youll be better than me.
Ive noticed that the thing with chibi style is that cuteness prevail! XD and that everybody seems to look the same way. (big heads, big eyes, no nose, little arms and hands, etc.)
