ive been drawing a huge ish zelda poster thing in my room... my arm is totaly worn out...it hurts like hell just to move my fingers its that bad , my dad says in order for my arm to get better i need to use it more but when i do it ends up like this >.< should i push it more to its absolute limit ? or should i rest it for abit ? i need advice...
